Salary: £36,000 per year
This is a highly rewarding role joining one of Birmingham’s most exciting and forward-thinking Charities. With responsibilities for leading the Head Office function you will play a vital role in ensuring that the organisation can deliver. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the charity and in doing so be able to say that you have made Birmingham even better.
Working flexibly across the city and in partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders your key aim will be to understand the Charity’s short and long term aims and ambitions and ensure that we are capable of delivering against those strategic plans
Key responsibilities will include:-
* Managing fundraising activity and LoveBrum events. This will often be outside of working hours and will require organising and managing all teams within in the LoveBrum community.
* Building an understanding and relationship with our existing corporate partners to ensure that we are working to common goals.
* Building new relationships across corporate, charity and city networks to develop the LoveBrum brand and our ability to deliver against our aims.
* Identifying and exploiting potential cross marketing and relationship opportunities across our network.
* Ensuring our digital marketing resources are being used effectively to support our projects and brand.
* Managing a small Head Office team
* Conducting and directing the efforts of all LoveBrum volunteers, ambassadors and trustees helping them and the charity to get the best out of their skills and efforts.
* Providing management information and regular target and KPI updates as required to senior colleagues and board.
It is a job that will challenge you to lead and to be creative and the successful individual can expect to play a key part in shaping the future direction of the role itself as well as the Charity.

An understanding of the Charity Sector would be useful as would the ability and confidence to work in partnership with, and present to, senior stakeholders in the charitable and corporate sectors.
