Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year

GBR Recruitment Ltd are working with a leading charity organisation on an Exclusivity basis, recruiting for an experienced Head of HR / HR Director with previous charity organisation experience in a leding HR capacity (HR Generalist) with a CIPD qualification ideally level 7, but other CIPD levels and other relevant HR qualifications will be considered, if you are a time served HR professional, within a charity organisation or previously in a HR organisation.

You will be an exceptionally strong HR strategist / HR transformation specialist, effectively implementing and delivering a collaborative HR solution, that successfully supports the vision of the charity.

You will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department, coach mentoring and developing a high performing team of HRBP’s.

Overview of the Head of HR duties and responsibilities:

* HR Strategy roll out including budgetry control measures

* Driving strategies on diversity, inclusion and safeguarding

* Compiling and presenting HR Reports to the SMT & Board of Directors

* Policy, HR practices and procedure control

* HR Projects, create and implement new measures to drive CI HR wise

* HRBP with SMT / Board, mentoring HRBP’s, effectively promote ER

* HRBP team People Management, leading CI and change management

* Create and promote the charities core values and culture expectations

* Lead HR SMT meetings; weekly, monthly and quarterly RAMs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

* Charity Organisation or non profit organisation experience (LEAN budgets)

* CIPD qualified or relevant HR qualification / time served in a charity HR role

* Safeguarding, Diversity and Well being knowledge / experience is required

* Strong HR operations development with strong ER and Employment Law

* A strong mentor caoch and developer of HRBP’s and HR personnel

* A strong passionate communicator who can communicate at all levels

* Highly confidential and discreet at all times due to the nature of the role

* Previous experience in promoting an organisations Ethos to all employees

This role could suit someone working as: Head of HR, Head of Human Resources, HR Direector, HR Lead, Senior HRBP, People Director, Head of People Management, HR Consultant or a similar key HR / Personnel / People role
