Salary: £84,000 – £90,000 per year
West Sussex – Head of Design (Embedded and Electronics) – 70-75k
This is a great opportunity to join a client of ours near the south coast manufacturing measurement equipment. They are now looking to fill a managerial role and are looking for someone who has gone technical understanding within embedded software and ideally electronics and can help manage engineering teams. More details below:
Main Duties:
+ Liaise with engineers across departments, and help manage technical projects
+ Review technical designs
+ Create technical specifications
+ Collect data and update technical manuals where necessary
Skills Needed:
+ Experience managing teams in an engineering environment
+ General embedded programming and electronics understanding in order to hold conversations with technical engineers
+ Experience within technical writing and documentation would be an advantage
Further Information:
This role comes with some flexible working such as 1 or 2 days per week. This role includes training, and the company work to 37 hours per week with flexitime arrangements available. There is 25 days holiday, pension and performance related bonuses.
