Job Description
Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Head of Department: Engineering and Motor Vehicle to join the BCA and Langley team on a full-time basis.
Please note this role will require successful candidate to work cross both Langley and Berkshire College of Agriculture.

The Head of Department’s aim is to enhance student retention and achievement by leading the way with curriculum development in innovative and dynamic ways focused on maximising the engagement of students to enhance our positive reputation and the desire of potential new students to study with WFCG.
The Head of Department is also expected to promote best teaching practices and foster staff development to continually strengthen the performance of the department.
To be successful, you will need to possess a recognised teaching qualification and in addition a strong background in leadership/management practices.
By demonstrating your excellent subject knowledge of Engineering and Motor Vehicles, you will be able to showcase your recent successful experience in running courses and delivering high levels of student attainment and achievement.
This is a cross campus role working at both our Langley College and BCA campuses. The role will include up to 10 hours of teaching per week in addition to the management responsibilities.
