Salary: £90,000 per year

Essential selection criteria:

* Prior experience as Managing QS, Commercial Manager, Head of Commercial or Commercial Director in Residential Development / Housebuilding developer or main contractor

* Available for immediate start with no notice period

About the Role:

Take responsibility for all Commercial / Cost aspects of multiple sites

Manage, mentor and develop a lean yet growing Commercial team

This is very much a hands-on role, not directing traffic, you will get into the detail and personally execute all aspects of Buying / Surveying duties on new and existing sites
