Our client is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Supervisor to manage the deployment, operation and performance of a team of grounds maintenance operatives to deliver the service on time and in accordance with our clients’ Customer Service Standards.
Key duties will include undertaking inspections and accurately specifying work required, you will also be responsible for ensuring that ground maintenance operates correctly. Assisting in the correct administration and operation of grounds maintenance pay scheme you will also effectively liaise with Neighbourhood Estate Services and take appropriate action on issues highlighted or identified by that team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide written detailed reports and will have the ability to read and understand procedure manuals. Experience of supervision or management is essential, due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel around our site therefore you will hold a current driving licence. Experience or a qualification within Horticulture would be beneficial, however this is not essential.
