40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

This position would suit someone who is hard working, self-motivated and organised. Applicants must have prior experience in grounds maintenance, especially when it comes to grass cutting using tractors. A full, manual driving licence is also essential.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Driving a tractor with gangs to cut grass;

* Management of identified meadows to promote biodiversity;

* Pedestrian grass cutting, strimming and litter picking/bin emptying;

* Identify small, extra horticultural works and complete them as required;

Skills & Experience

* Experience in grounds maintenance;

* Full, manual driving licence essential;

* Tractor driving experience;

* Reliable and good timekeeper;
