The Role
We are looking for high calibre, ambitious and dynamic graduates to join our Winter 2020/2021 Graduate Scheme. The position will be based at our Head Office in London’s West End (Oxford Circus). This is an opportunity for an individual to join a highly successful and driven team who shares our passion for delivering customer solutions and service levels that are second to none.
Responsibilities:
* Meeting with clients virtually and in-person to determine the specific needs of their business
* Headhunting executive individuals for ‘hard to fill’ positions
* Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy
* Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates
Our Graduate training programme, specifically designed by our Learning and Development Expert & Leadership team, utilises a mixture of on-the-job and classroom-based learning. You will also get the opportunity to shadow Consultants, Managers and Directors to learn the specific skills required to become a top performer.
