£16,000 – £20,000 + commission + company car

Ivory Jacobs are on the hunt for University Graduates who have 1 year’s sales experience and who are now looking to progress their career into Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or above degree and have graduated in 2012/2013/2014/2015. You must have sales experience to be considered in this role. Ideally we are looking for people who have worked in telesales in a B2B or B2C capacity. You will also be considered if you have worked in sales throughout university or since graduating.

The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to work in the recruitment industry and will show drive and ambition to be successful in their recruitment careers.

In return, this person will receive fantastic training and have a genuine career progression route and which will allow you to become an expert in your sector.

Recruitment is a fast paced, competitive industry which requires someone who is ambitious, willing to work hard and who are motivated by earning money!

What does the role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?

You will start off speaking to potential candidates, talking through their CV & experience with them over the phone to determine if they are right for the job or not! Once you have mastered this, you will quickly progress on to sourcing your own candidates, writing job adverts, business development and building up your own client base! Your progression route to a fully-fledged recruitment consultant will be as fast as you want it to be! Work Hard – See Results!

The ideal candidate must have:

University Degree and a good educational background
Sales Experience – Telesales preferred
A genuine desire to work in the Recruitment industry
Life Experience – Worked whilst studying? Been traveling? Have a story to tell?
Achievements – Sports? Extra Curriculum? Climbed Mount Everest?
A big personality – you need to stand out against the crowd!What’s in it for you?
