Person Specification for 1st / 2:1 Psychology Graduate
You should be an amiable graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role and earned a first in your degree. About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role
In this exciting SEN Teaching Assistant position you will be assisting with general support throughout the school. You will have the responsibility of planning the activities of the after school clubs, which could be sporting or academic themed. Your duties will include working in small groups and 1:1 sessions and learning how to create a balanced lesson plan. The majority of the role will be working with pupils who have autism, global development delay and EBD.
