The Role
Researching and networking with individuals within the finance industry. Identifying suitable candidates for vacancies. Interviewing candidates to assess suitability further. Attend meetings with clients and lean how to sell the business face-to face.
The Company
My Client are an Executive Search Firm for Asset Management Companies. They provide a full range of consulting services to help clients plan and fulfil their recruitment requirements. Their core service is the execution of retained Executive Search Assignments for Asset Management firms, to help them identify and recruit senior executives or teams.
For this Graduate Recruitment role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
2:1 Degree from a red brick University
Resilient
Extremely articulate
Motivated
Mature and credible
Language skills would also be desirable but not essential.
