Salary: £27,600basic (60K OTE)

Requirements:
• Degree calibre applicants
• Some commercial experience would be a great plus
• Drive and ambition to succeed
• You need to be confident and articulate

The role:
• Building strong relationships via a telephone and face-to-face
• Developing an understanding of your clients’ immediate and long term recruitment needs
• Using a consultative approach to provide clients with an effective and efficient recruitment service
• Working hard to resource and place professionals within unrivalled timeframes

Salary and commission scheme:
Entry salary is competitive to other graduate schemes and after 3 months you will enter onto a percentage of our uncapped commission scheme.

Our client’s unique commission scheme reflects a combination of team and individual effort. Unlike other organisations, by three months they will guarantee your entry to a percentage of this commission, with the percentage increasing as you establish your career within the company.
