Graduate Trainee 3D CAD Modeller

Our client is an international M & E Building Services design company that is currently experiencing exceptional growth. They hold a vacancy as 3D BIM MODELLER where you shall be trained to produce 3D CAD Models within a BIM (Building Information Modelling) environment on large interesting projects. The position offers excellent opportunities for career development.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILIITIES
After training your principal responsibilities shall include:
• Production of co-ordinated Mechanical & Electrical Building Services models using Fabrication MEP or Revit software (training provided for non 3D users).
• Liaise with internal staff to ensure design information is correct at the time of issue.
• Amend and update models / drawings as and when required
• Adhere to company standards and procedures

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Candidates shall possess the following attributes:
• University qualifications in a technical discipline (Engineering, Architecture, Product Design, etc)
• In lieu of qualifications candidates shall have experience in the production of M & E Building Services, Ductwork, Pipework or P & ID’s drawings.
• MUST be proficient in the use of AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Fabrication MEP / CADDUCT / Revit / Inventor / Solidworks, etc advantageous although training will be provided.
