We are currently working with a Roman Catholic School in North West. They are currently looking to recruit some experienced teaching assistant to work within the SEN department. Ideally you will have previous school experience or relevant child related experience, for example tutoring, summer camps or student ambassador work.

This position is for a September Start and will run for the entire academic year.

Situated in North West London the school is close to a tube and a train station and plenty of local bus routes.

The school has a small SEN department and the SENCO is very supportive and will offer training throughout the year. They like to invest in their staff and are looking for candidates who want to stay for the entire academic year.

Key parts of the role:

You will be working within the SEN department supporting across the curriculum.
Some small group work.
Study Support.
Lunch duties and homework club.
Children are generally well behaved, very few behavioural issues.
Pastoral supportKey skills and experience needed:

University degree
SEN Experience
Previous support work within a school or other child related experience
Professional manor
Enthusiasm and friendly approach
