Graduate Sustainability Engineer / Building Modeller

A unique opportunity for a Graduate Sustainability Engineer/Building Modeller to join one of the UK’s fastest growing property consultancies within the energy and sustainability area.

Offering a range of services including modelling, design advice and EPC’s etc. they have established a strong presence within the region and the market UK wide.

In this role you will be working within the sustainability team developing and creating models of buildings to demonstrate how they will perform when completed in their current specification and suggesting design changes that will reduce their carbon output, improve efficiency and raise comfort levels for the occupants.

When applying you will need to demonstrate an interest in sustainability and some practical experience of creating models of buildings, whether this has been gained at University or within the workplace. It is also expected that you will be a graduate within a building engineering or science based subject, or that you have possibly completed one of the sustainability MSc courses available.

Ideally you will have experience of using IES or TAS, but if you have worked with any other modelling package it will be equally acceptable.
