Excellent role on offer for an ambitious candidate looking to progress into a Site Manager, where you will receive expert training to develop your skills within a growing specialist company.

Do you have some experience with setting out? Are you looking for excellent training and career progression into management within a well-established company?

Established for over 20 years, this company specialise in groundworks projects for clients across Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Due to expansion through their loyal client base, they are looking for a Junior Setting Out Engineer who will progress long term to become a Site Manager.

In this role you will be setting out on site, as well as organising materials and equipment for projects. You will be fully trained to plan and manage labour on site and develop your skills, as you progress to become a Site Manager within this growing company.

This role would therefore ideally suit a candidate with some experience of setting out. Looking for excellent training within a well-established company, with a progression path into Site Management.

The Role:

* Setting out on site
* Organising the supply of materials and equipment on site
* Excellent training in managing labour, employees and site work
* Working on sites across Sussex, Surrey and Kent

The Person:

* Some experience with or exposure to setting out
* Must have good communication skills
* Looking for excellent training and support within a growing, well-established company
* Looking for long term progression into Site Management
