GRADUATE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN / WEB BASED APPLICATION SUPPORT

Our Client is a leading Global Software Management Solution based organisation dealing with a wide range of High Profile Clients across various thriving and high growth Industry Sectors. They are now looking for a strong Graduate Junior Support Technician to join part of their UK Head Office Operations in a fast moving and constantly growing Technical Team
Main Duties of the Graduate Support Technician role will include the following:
•Responsible for End-to-End Support for Base of Clients
•Recording & Management of Support Calls
•Resolution of Support Calls involving Software / Data / System Administration / PC Configuration & General Infrastructure Issues
•Characterisation, Escalation & Management of Support Calls caused by Software Issues or Custom Configuration
•Communication of Support Call Progress
Key Skills & Experience required for the Junior Support Technician role are as follows:
•2 Years Minimum experience of Providing Support for Web Based Application
•Experience of Microsoft Exchange and / or Office 365
•Infrastructure / Networking Support Experience
•MS SQL Server / T-SQL
•HTML
•Strong Effective Communicator
•Ability to Show Initiative & Self-Starting
•Problem Solver
