£16,000 – £20,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

So what will a Graduate Recruitment Consultant do?

* Identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment.
* Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
* Networking to attract new candidates who could potentially become your clients.
* Building relationships internally and externally.
* Source suitable candidates (either from a database or specific advertising campaign) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.
* Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage, and on boarding.

What are we looking for?

* We require new or recent graduates or individuals with some business to business sales experience, must be team players, highly competitive and want to work in a sales environment.
* You must be driven, tenacious and ambitious, eager to get on the fast track to a rewarding and successful career.
* We would like to hear from applicants who can illustrate to us something outstanding or different, be it sporting, academic or business related.
