Graduate Business Development Executive – LONDON – Hybrid – Results count!
A wonderful Fin-Tec European business is taking off in London and the UK. Incredible product-solution, solving a huge issue within the hospitality sector. US offices to open in 2023 and all roles at this stage of recruitment come with incredible equity options!
Package: £33,600 – £42,000basic: OTE/Bonus year 1 is plus 50% of your salary split across the year based on monthly and quarterly results Equity – You bet! Holidays: 25 plus all BH – London office culture – Modern, dynamic, hybrid, exciting – Social!
Who would this suit?
– Graduate with superb energy, naturally confident communication skills and 1 year plus business to business sales experience or hospitality plus high level initiative and sales acumen.
– Passion for start-ups – Disruptors, game changers? This is for you!
The leads:
– Yes you will be provided with a sophisticated CRM system that email markets on your behalf and provides all mid market leads and data
– Reminders to call – you bet – yes you need initiative, business acumen, be able to grasp concepts quickly and run with it but these guys will provide your natural skills and (experience) personality with all you need to succeed!
The People:
The best bit – great people all cut from the same cloth – energy, personality, integrity.

Sales candidate – Yes – this is a sales role so you will need to like targets, to like energy, fast paced roles and companies that move quickly – Progression for the right people is a given and on target earnings too. Present – Communicate close – Telephone and Teams calls – You must be confident and a strong face to face (video) communicator.
