Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Middlesex – £22,500k

Our client is a successful construction company that has been established for over 50 years. They have successfully delivered a number of challenging projects over the years and operate within the demolition, decontamination and civil engineering services operating as both main and sub-contractor. Notable projects to date include Battersea Power Station, Wembley Stadium and works on Crossrail. They have won a number of awards and have an outstanding reputation for the safe delivery of quality projects to programme and budget.

They are now seeking to recruit a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Greater London. You will complete the companies development programme which will provide experience across a number of projects, roles and departments which will provide valuable experience and knowledge to progress your career. You will provide assistance from initial tender stage through to final account.
You will:-

• A relevant Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to liaise and be confident in speaking with people at all levels
• Some experience of working within a contractor beneficial but not essential
• Highly motivated and keen to progress
• IT literate
• A full UK Drivers Licence

This is an entry level position and therefore any experience will be considered.
Please note that your degree needs to be accredited by your professional body as this will help you to achieve your Chartered membership with a professional body.
Starting salary is £27,000
