Our client is one of the most experienced relationship marketing agencies in the UK, offering a spectrum of direct marketing services. The Data department is key to the continued growth of the business and has a mix of Data Planners Data Analysts, Developers and Account Directors. The team support all data requirements for clients including data planning and strategy development, data buying, processing and analysis projects. They seek to recruit a Graduate Data Analyst to help provide data solutions in terms of the day to day deliverables of the database and analytics services offered to clients. The type of work this will involve is performing campaign selections, maintaining data qualities and the production of key reporting suites.

They are looking to recruit a high calibre graduate with a (2.1 or above) degree in either Mathematics, Statistics or related numerical discipline who can demonstrate strong numerical, software and logical problem solving strengths. You will need to be a highly conscientious person with good attention to detail – going that extra mile to ensure accuracy in your work. You will need to be a self started; able to manage your work load and deliver. The ability to communicate clearly to a non technical audience is essential, as are strong problem solving skills. Due to the very nature of the work you will need to have strong technical skills and, with appropriate training, be able to quickly pick up SAS, SQL, Access and email broadcast systems. A demonstrable interest in database marketing and developing an analytical career in this area is essential. Excellent training and career development opportunity.
