Graduate Consultant

Salary: £32,400 per year

Blusource Recruitment are looking to recruit a Graduate into a Resourcing / Trainee Recruitment Consultant position within the Nottingham based team.

This role is an excellent introduction to recruitment, where your time will be spent speaking with new and existing candidates and sourcing candidates for specific clients. The candidates you will be sourcing will predominantly be Finance, HR and Office Support professionals, using the best technology and a wide range of recruitment tools.

Once settled and you have mastered the key aspects of the role, you will have the opportunity to progress into a full Talent Aquisition Consultant. Here you would get involved in client facing aspects of the role, providing the best recruitment solutions to them and benefitting from an extremely generous bonus scheme.
