Purpose of the role:
You will support the team by providing proactive and regular insight that assist the category & commercial team in delivery of profitable growth, championing the voice of the consumer so that all business activities are built on deep knowledge of our customer, the shopper and the retail market.
Duties Include:
Monitor and communicate pricing, promotions, range and display across the market– support in gathering latest changes to be shared with retailers.
Compile monthly reports using Kantar data, providing retailers with an in-depth view of the latest market performance.
Complete regular category deep dives and provide insight into key trends, highlighting opportunities and providing recommendations that are relevant to the retailer.
Coordinate seasonal projects and creation of product bibles – sourcing product and capturing information with a view to share with the wider business and retailers.
Deliver timely and accurate information, ensuring that service to the customer is of the highest standard and quality at all times.
Assist in maintaining the most credible and reliable data possible with data agencies monitoring the accuracy of the data.
Script and launch customers surveys to assess the customer mission and to support rationale for recommendations we make to our retailer.
The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree level and have a real passion for everything research and data related. You will be seeking an opportunity where you can take real responsibility and showcase your skillset whilst developing your career path within the organisation.
You will be a confident communicator both written and verbal and have the ability to create relationships with colleagues, managers and clients.
