Graduate Business Trainee – Enfield – £18,000 – 20,000 plus training, progression, bonus and pension scheme

Bridgewater Resources UK is recruiting for a large group of market-leading businesses supplying a wide range of electrical equipment to business and trade customers. The Enfield office requires a Graduate Business Trainee to join their vibrant and successful team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of business areas.

The responsibilities of the Graduate Business Trainee will include:
Answering calls from customers
Taking orders
Providing technical information
Resolving queries
Responding to incoming faxes and emails
Making proactive outbound calls to existing customers
Liaising with suppliers and preparing quotations

Training and Progression

The company offers initial products and skills training in various fields of business, including sales, purchasing, administration, logistics and warehousing. All this experience should prepare you for a key role within the business in the future.

The starting salary is £26,000 per year, increasing with experience. This will be supplemented by an annual bonus linked to the performance of the branch and optional membership of the company pension scheme.
