With training consisting of both a mixture of shadowing senior members of the team as well as visits from trainer, the Graduate will soon become an expert in their field which will help them come well established in the fashion and beauty space within the Recruitment world!
The Role
– Matching candidates to specific client requirements.
– Supporting the team.
– Becoming an expert and professional in your area of speciality.
– Attending client meetings.
– Liaising with clients and candidates to arrange interviews, negotiate offers and secure roles.
– Keeping up to date with specific client requirements
– Both establishing and maintaining client and candidate relationships
