Associate Quantity Surveyor Mrics
Full job description
Eden Brown
Salary: £90,000 – £93,600 per year
At the risk of stating the obvious, we are currently experiencing significant growth across the Construction industry. Simultaneously, we are also experiencing a severe lack of skills across the board. Firms need to continuously evaluate their position within the market and identify new streams of talent coming in.
One Private Practice in particular that I’m currently representing is already strategising their 5 year Succession Plan, meaning they stay one step ahead of the game at all times. As such, they are currently seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in a very affluent part of Hyde Park Corner. With clear strategies in place they are of the view that the Associate Quantity Surveyor will reach Partner level within 2 years.
With an outstanding track record in the built environment, specifically more so across Private Residential Developments, they deliver client excellence with an edge.
Their vision is built on quality and thus they have a high rate of repeat business from satisfied clients, meaning that all their Quantity Surveyors have the opportunity to build and develop long standing client relationships. This has contributed hugely to their turnover which last year was at £90,000 – £93,600 m GBP.
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor You will be joining a team of 12 responsible for delivering projects form inception to completion across multiple sectors including; commercial, residential and pharmaceutical. Projects include design and build contracts and developer agreements, working on regeneration, new build and refurb projects.
As an astute Quantity Surveyor you will have a relevant Degree qualification as well as Chartered Membership (MRICS). You will have a proven track record of working within a Consultancy business managing your own projects through all stages of the contract. You will show ambition and have your own 5 year plan ready to map out.
In return they are offering a career opportunity where hard work is rewarded through recognition and promotion. More importantly, they have on offer a competitive salary package with the option of a company car or car allowance, profit share, pension, various insurances and RICS fees.
