Global Customer Service Assistant Emea

My client is looking for professional customer service assistants to work in their office near Slough to support their EMEA client base. It is essential that the successful applicant speak Spanish as well as English. It would also be an advantage to have French or/and German.

The duties for this role are as follows:

Working in a team environment
Handling incoming calls from customers and engineers
Meet and exceed customers expectations
Manage a call effectively from start to finish
Achieve allocated administration
Follow escalation procedures
Ensure call management system is up to dateExpected knowledge:

You will have relevant experience/qualifications within required languages
Experience within a customer service environment
Strong IT background
Confident communicated in required languages
Professional telephone manner
