The Company:
Our client is a well established International manufacturer

Main duties:
– To be in charge of account management and technical sales on the European market in order to increase the growth of the business

The Role:
– To develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing clients
– To deal with customers enquiries on a daily basis
– To help resolve commercial and technical issues with customers
– To negotiate quotes and follow up on customers’ quotations
– To assist in order processing and general administration
– To occasionally visit key clients (5 to 6 times per year)
– To coordinate marketing activities
– To identify and develop new sales opportunities in order to increase the sales and meet targets
– To produce reports as required

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and German (Written & Spoken)
– Fluency in French would be a strong advantage but is not essential
– Background in Engineering (ie qualifications, apprenticeship) ideal or alternatively professional experience within Manufacturing/Engineering environment
– Previous experience in Account Management and Customer Service
– Dynamic and proactive
– Autonomous, willing to travel occasionally

Salary:
£30,000 – £36,000 pa +Benefits (20 days holidays + Pension Scheme)
