The Background:

This leading global organisation is actively seeking a German Speaking Global Mobility Consultant to join their expanding team in London. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for managing the assignment process from initiation to repatriation.

The Role:

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Coordinating the assignment process from start to finish ensuring all inquiries are answered.

Ensuring the assignment process goes as smooth as possible by keeping the system up to date and accurate.

Maintaining strong relationships across: the UK, Germany and the United States

Liaising with third party vendors in regards to taxation, immigration and compensation.

Providing the highest levels of customer service

The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience of dealing with inbound and outbound expatriates. Any additional assignment compensation experience would be desirable. Applicants will ideally be educated to a degree level or equivalent and speak fluent German.
