Our client:
Our client is a dynamic International company
Main Purpose: to coordinate all marketing activities and to support other departments with general administration tasks.
The main duties include:
– Provide excellent customer service
– Strengthen the customers’ relationship with the clients in Germany
– Manage the online marketing tasks (training provided)
– Coordinate customer service & Marketing duties such as SEO/PPC, advertising and mailings
– Develop & maintain the ecommerce with Website and newsletter
– Translate and communicate in German.
The Candidate:
– Fluent in English & German (written and spoken)
– Fluency in French will be great asset
– Experience in Marketing or Customer Service is an advantage
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Degree in Business or Marketing will be desirable
– Confident telephone manners
– Computer literate (WORD, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
The Salary: £26,000per year Depending on Experience
