German Speaking Customer Account Manager

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Manager who is fluent in German. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company that is growing rapidly and to become part of a friendly and sociable team.

The duties of this position include:

-Building long lasting business relationships with existing customers
-Up-selling to customers to maximise sales
-Working towards targets both in a team and individually
-Providing excellent customer service at all times to ensure repeat business
-General Administration duties

The successful candidate will:

-Have excellent customer service and communication skills
-Have experience working in a target driven environment
-Be able to work well under pressure and in a team
-Be fluent in English and German both written and spoken
-Strong IT skills
