German Social Media Executive

Salary: £36,000 per year

Having recently opened fulfilment sites in Spain and the Netherlands, this exciting role is tasked with further developing our clients’ footprint in Germany and the EU.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the UK E-Commerce Co-ordinator, your day-to day duties will include:

* Drive traffic and sales through digital marketing

* Managing the brand online presence on all social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement

* Management of daily operations including order processing, stock management and liaising with our clients’ EU fulfilment partner

* Enhance the customer experience wherever possible and deal with all customer queries and complaints in a polite and timely manner

* Ensuring that the EU website is optimised for conversion and updated with regular content

* Engaging with customers on a day-to-day basis

* Forming key relationships with influencers across social media platforms

* Monitoring, tracking and analysing social media data and competitor activity

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* A fluency in written and spoken English and German – any additional European languages are beneficial.

* A team player with strong organisational skills

* Relationship building with a strong customer service focus

* Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social platforms and emerging technologies
