Role Overview
A German Customer Support Executive who will ideally have some knowledge of HTML is required by a leading supplier to the Travel / Hospitality sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up customers on the software and excellent communication skills are required.
Client:
The successful candidate will join a leading Software Company which employs over 100 staff from fantastic offices in Central London. The company develops solutions for the Hospitality / Travel sector and has a superb reputation.
Essential skills:
The Support Executive will ideally have the following skills / experience:
– Proven Customer Support / Technical Support or Helpdesk experience.
– Fluent German / English
– A knowledge of HTML would be desirable.
