Generic Housing Officer

A rare opportunity has risen to work with a small Housing provider in South/Central London. Managing circa 300 properties my client are searching for an experienced Generic officer whilst they recruit permanently to the role.

You will be one of two officers, managing a desiganted patch taking responsibility for all Tenacny, ASB, Rent and day to day queries. You will be the face of the organisation for the residents and work closely with your colleagues to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is provided.

As this is a smaller organisation you will have a good all around knowledge of Housing Management and the legislation surrounding it. You will be a team player and won’t be confined to the job description for your particular role. You will come with enthusiasm and initiative and be keen to contribute to the overall oraganisation.
