Garment Inspector and Machinist

Our client, a well known clothing brand, is seeking a quick-thinking Garment Inspector and Machinist for their faulty returns department in Kent.

For part of each day you will be responsible for garment construction and machining to include re-seeming, overlocking, button and rivet application, zip insertion and various other alterations to all knitwear, jersey and leather garments.

You will also be responsible for garment inspection, identifying repeat faults, spot cleaning and logging all reports via the company’s computer system.

Industrial machining experience is essential and you must be comfortable with some manual handling and working for extended periods on your feet.
