Fund Administrator

Our client is a global financial services house in Liverpool City Centre. They are looking for a thorough Fund Administrator with keen attention to detail to join their growing Operations team.

The Fund Administrator will be responsible for the following:

– Providing full administrative support to the company’s clients and fund managers
– Daily pricing of various funds inclusive of equities, bonds and options
– Ensure all prices and stocks are updated each day
– Basic coding
– Investigation of unpredictable price movements
– Query handling
– Liaising with Fund Managers regarding updates and improvements where necessary

The candidate must possess the following qualities:

– Strong sense of accuracy and exceptionally high attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills
– Proven working knowledge of Excel
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Financial Services experience essential

Applicants who hold the IOC qualification are highly desirable for this position. Candidates must have knowledge of the IOC and must be willing to study towards this certificate.
