The Company:
Our client is well established UK Tour Operator with British and International clients

Main duties:
To support the accounting & database department with the overflow of work

The Role:
– To register the new clients and suppliers in the system
– To verify, clean, complete and update client and supplier information
– To handle credit control of French clients
– To support purchase ledger, post invoices etc.
– To process credit card expenses
– To assist in other accounting/reporting duties

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English and French (Written and spoken)
– Database experience working in an office environment
– Highly IT literate (excel, outlook…) and numerate
– Attention to details, systematic, able to work on own initiative
– Can work to deadlines and under pressure
– Good communication skills, confident telephone manners, team player
– Previous experience in the travel industry would be a plus

Salary:
£26,000 per year + bonus
