The Company:
Our client is a well-established and award-winning engineering company.
Main duties:
To provide a support to Area Sales Manager and be part of successful sales team.
The Role:
– To successfully maintain and manage communication with new and existing clients
– To process important administrative documents with a high attention to details
– To successfully manage quotes and orders in a timely manner
– To build and maintain a relationship with agents distributors
– To travel regularly to potential and current client to present company’s product
– To efficiently liaise with various internal departments daily
– To monitor competitors and market trends
– To insure an overall smooth running of company projects
The Candidate:
– Fluent in French or Spanish (both written and verbal)
– Great initiative and organisation skills
– High IT proficiency including Microsoft Office programmes and ICT equipment
– Knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage
– An ability and desire to work within a close-knitted team
– Experience in administration, preferably within the commercial field
