Spanish, Italian or French Customer Account Manager

Our client based in Pangbourne are currently looking for a determined and passionate Spanish, Italian or French speaking Collection Specialist to join this industry leading team.

Your key objective is to ensure all client expectations and requirements are managed effectively on a day-to-day basis. You will establish SLA’s with your client base and then ensure that you are meeting set debt management targets, which will mean that collections come through on a constant and regular basis.

Specific tasks include:

* Proactively calling aged debtors (typically up to and beyond 6 month periods) on behalf of existing client base
* Ascertaining and understanding debtors circumstances and to then liaise between both parties to arrange payment plans
* Manage relationships at all levels up to Director level (this role will typically involve extensive liaison with Finance departments and Senior Management)
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all actions relating to your case load
* Undertaking general administrative tasks in relation to your daily activities
* Liaison with legal departments and courts when issues are escalated due to non-receipt of funds

* Providing a professional approach at all times in relation to any activities undertaken; whether internal or external

Vacancy Requirements:

* Fluent English (written & spoken) and either fluent Italian, Spanish or French (written & spoken)
