French / Dutch / Italian Telemarketing Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £35,100 per year
My client is looking for a Telemarketing Assistant to join their busy, multi-national team based in Harrow. You do not need direct telemarketing experience however you must have the confidence and self motivation to make approx 50-75 outbound calls per day.
Key responsibilities include:
* Making 50-75 outbound calls per day in either French/Dutch/Italian
* Calling France, Italy or the Netherlands daily
* Collating information from clients such as correct contact name and email addresses
* Asking specific scripted questions over the phone and updating the Salesforce database
* Logging all relevant information and calls on the Salesforce database
The requirement is for someone to ideally speak either one, two or all of the languages required. Please apply only if you are able to speak either French, Italian or Dutch fluently.
The role will be for approximately 1 month starting as soon as possible.
