Bilingual Event Coordinator – French, Spanish, German or Italian

The role involves managing and coordinating Audio, Web and Visual conferences for a variety of client, in a fast-paced, friendly service centre environment.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Assisting with the entry of participants to their audio and online events
• Facilitating and delivering standard and high profile/VIP events for Global Enterprise Companies
• Completing all relevant support duties and administrative duties
• Delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service
• Liaising directly with all customers in a consistent pleasant, professional and pro-active manner and provide a seamless service with all touch points
• Applying customer issue resolution where necessary
• Ensuring the smooth and seamless running of all audio-conferences
• Identify and feedback to your line manager for any issues or areas where service can be improved
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional and confident telephone manner
• Proven experience working with customers / clients
• Positively motivated individual able to take responsibility
• Ability to work on own initiative, and as part of a team
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure

Working with international clients, language skills are essential in this role. We are recruiting for fluent French, Spanish, Italian and German speakers, but will also consider other European languages (Portuguese, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, Swedish and Russian).
