Freelance Fire-Stopping Surveyor

Salary: £264 – £360 per day

Fire-stopping Surveyor required immediately for an ongoing contract. The role is deemed outside IR35.

Client

Our client is multidiscipline subcontractor, who work with some of the UK’s leading main contractors’ wide range of projects throughout London and the South East.

The company are expanding with yearly turnover growing from £20m to £33m next year and are looking for a surveyor with fire-stopping experience to join them. They are a vibrant, social company who promote growth of employees whether on a freelance or permanent.

Projects

The successful candidate will cover several exciting and large projects across London from an East London or central office

Duties

Surveying and inspecting fire doors.
Condition Inspections on existing fire compartments.
Surveying and inspecting fire doors.
Accreditation assessments.
Assessment of any other issues.
Delivering reports and surveys.
Advising clients and presenting findings.

Candidate requirements

The successful candidate will have fire stopping experience with a dry-lining surveying background.
