Freelance Assessor

Looking for Freelance Assessors to work within the Merseyside area for a National training provider

Our client has excellent Learner attraction and therefore are expanding their current Assessor network

Working for yourself you’ll have the flexibility to organise your own diary and activity, and therefore your own earnings

Subjects such Health & Social Care, Child Care Generic and Hospitality are of most interest however will consider all subjects

You will be responsible for the training, assessment and support of a caseload of learners enrolled on apprenticeship, or other work-based training programmes. The role involves travel to a range of employer premises to coach and assess learners and to conduct formal progress reviews

Performance is measured against a set of Key Performance Indicators covering learner retention, progress, unit achievement, timely reviews and framework completions. Quality is monitored and measured through the organisation’s comprehensive quality assurance and improvement arrangements

Learners are provided and average of 40 learners allocated to you with the following payment structure:

Level 2 – £26,000 – £36,000 per year paid over 12 months

Level 3 – £26,000 – £36,000 per year paid over 12 months

Earnings – £20,000 – £30,000

Qualifications needed:

A1/TAQA award plus PTTLS. V1 would be advantageous
