Salary: £300 – £420 per day
My client is a main contractor that turns over c£700m out of a number of offices, which one is experiencing substantial growth. They are an established award-winning main contractor that has been growing steadily for over 45 years. Due to an increasing pipeline of work and continued growth they currently have an opportunity for a someone to join the new build Construction Division working on schemes ranging from £10m – £50m.
Rate: £300 – £420 per day (Depending on level)
Start: ASAP
Length of Contract: 6 Months
Location: Around Surrey / Berkshire
The Key Requirements:
3 years plus experience
Professionally recognised qualifications
Design management experience with a main contractor
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to provide leadership to drive design process to cost
Commercial awareness
