Food & Beverage Team Member

Salary: £28,800 – £30,000 per year

Dolphin Square is a unique development offering over 1000 furnished and unfurnished apartments, along with serviced apartments, a Sports & Fitness Club, restaurant and bar and an award winning Moroccan inspired Spa. Located in Pimlico, set around three and half acres of landscaped gardens in the heart of Westminster, central London.

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, engaging front of house team members for the reopening of our Bar & Grill restaurant. Serving a modern fusion menu with seasonal food, matched to wines, cocktails and craft beers.

The hours of work are 40 hours over 5 days per week.

Key responsibilities include:

* Service of breakfast and all-day dining

* Beverage preparation including cocktails and coffees

* Providing exceptional customer service

* Preparation for service including mise-en-place

* Ensuring optimal presentation of the front of house areas and bar

The successful candidate will ideally:

* Have a genuine interest in food, including seasonal offerings and trends

* Have the ability to engage with a diverse customer base

* Have exceptional organisational skills

* Have a minimum 1 years’ experience within a similar restaurant

* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Be a warm, welcoming personality and have a positive, can-do attitude

* Be presentable and approachable
