Salary: £36,000 – £39,600 per year
The Food and Beverage Manager is required for a stunning hotel based near to the Windsor area. Our client is serious about the future of their business and know that food and beverage is key to their success. This is an essential role within the site operations team and you will work closely with all the heads of department to provide a superior visitor experience.
Food and Beverage Manager Duties:
* Responsible for managing the day to day activities including all restaurant service, conference and banqueting.
* Managing the highest quality of food standards and presentation
* You will be responsible for driving sales and performance targets
* Demonstrating management and leadership skills
* Stock management
* You will have experience of managing a high volume catering operation
* Delivering great customer service
Candidate requirement
* Previous Hotel experience
* You will have a flair for outstanding customer service
* Experience of working and leading in a dynamic environment
* A passion to grow and develop your team
* A real attention to detail to ensure the highest of standards are maintained
* Commercial awareness
* Strong organisational and project management skills
