Food and Beverage Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our Client’s Hotel near Corby, Northampton. 

The establishment serves exceptional food at the highest standards.

Due to the beautiful location of the Hotel, you will be required to have your own transport.

Your role as a Food and Beverage Manager:

• To offer an exquisite dining experience to the customers
• Advise on menu choices, take orders, serve meals and payments
• To offer a high standard of service and always professional
• A superb eye for detail
• The ability to support your team in a busy environment under pressure
• Own transport
• Good wine knowledge
• 100% customer service focused

The successful Food and Beverage Manager should have:

• At least 2 years Management experience in a similar position
• Fluent English both verbally and written
• Local to the Kettering area
