Food and Beverage Manager

Salary: £144 – £210 per day

Located on the East Norfolk Coast our award winning, independently owned client is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team in preparation for the reopening.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of F&B, have experience working in both relaxed and formal settings as well as having a strong passion for the industry. The role is very much hands on and focussing on the Restaurant and Terrace areas rather than being an operational role.

You will be responsible for overseeing the set up and close down each shift, staff development and ensuring customers are given the full experience of relaxed fine dining.

During the summer season all shifts will be straights with split shifts midweek during quieter times. There is room for personal growth and performance related bonuses plus tips complete the package of this offering.
