Salary: £60,000 per year
Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors.
Purpose of the Role
* To undertake the removal of existing coverings, preparations of surfaces as required and install new floor coverings to the required standard.
* To undertake the floor laying in Wet Rooms, Kitchens and Void properties you will need previous flooring experience
* To drive a vehicle so that materials and equipment are transported safely to and from a work site.
Job Description
* To undertake the removal and installation of floor coverings.
* To undertake minor associated works in connection with the removal and installation of floor coverings.
* To drive and load a vehicle in compliance with all road traffic legislation, regulations and codes of practice in relation to safe loading and storage of materials, parking, speed limits etc
* To drive and be responsible a company vehicle.
Experience & Qualifications Required
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Vinyl Welding
* Flooring Experience (Wet Rooms)
