Flight Bookings Exec

You will be responsible for arranging flight bookings and responding to a range of flight queries from Sales or Customer Support, including negotiating fares and upselling opportunities. You will be involved in amending existing bookings, tracking and updating costings, logging margins, resolving group travel liability issues, updating allocation spreadsheets and internal systems and you may attend occasional meetings with airline representatives. This is a busy role where you will work as part of a friendly and proactive team.

We are looking for a candidate with Travel industry experience, who has used a booking system (ideally Galileo) and who has a good understanding or airline processes. Strong attention to detail and a flexible manner is also required.
